I have started with visual effects when I was 12 years old. As a kid, I loved Star Wars movies and especially lightsabers. I soon realized it was impossible to create a lightsaber blade made of pure plasma, so I started wondering... how do they do it in the film? There wasn't much about this kind of stuff on czech sites available at that moment, but I got the rough idea about how it's done. My first effect was the lightsaber blade made in Adobe After Effects. Since then, I've been trying to create bigger and better effects. Soon, I got interested in 3D graphics as well. It's like a drug - always thinking about how to make things better, always experimenting and trying out different ideas and approaches.
I have a master's degree in Applied Computer Science. When I'm not working, I love creating high-end movie prop replicas, going to the gym or playing guitar. Also, I have almost 20 years of experience of martial arts (mainly jiu-jitsu, I also tried Judo, Kick-Box, Yoga etc.),
